This new-build apartment was acquired as part of our client’s investment portfolio, with the brief to deliver a fully furnished home tailored to the high-end rental market. Midway through the project, a tenant was secured, requiring a streamlined and efficient installation programme.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding greenery and views across Windsor Great Park, we introduced a light, countrified aesthetic while carefully adhering to budget. Delivered as a complete turnkey scheme, the apartment was handed over fully equipped and ready for occupation and thoughtfully finished down to the final napkin.
