Working alongside our client, a young professional, we designed the apartment to feel feminine, curated, and inviting, sourcing from a range of suppliers to ensure a quick turnaround. It was a pleasure working with her, and we were thrilled to see her excitement as she moved into her first owned home after previously renting in the area. Through a mix of quality ready-to-purchase furniture and custom accessories, we delivered a luxurious aesthetic that maximised value without compromising on style.
The living and dining area maximises a challenging layout, providing ample seating for hosting while incorporating bespoke joinery for the TV unit, avoiding the bulk that a standard media console would have introduced. The space is further softened with custom window treatments on the Crittall doors leading to the patio, which serves as an additional, beautifully designed area for entertaining.
The bedroom carries a soft, ethereal quality, balanced with a refined, sophisticated sense of luxury. This makes it the perfect sanctuary to retreat to at the end of the day. We maintained the character of the Victorian conversion by introducing shaker style panelling, a modern way of maintaining the traditional feel throughout the property.
With the design approved, the project is now moving through procurement and installation, with the transformation from moodboard to reality eagerly anticipated.
